Description
It is run over 12 months and is delivered on a modular basis. You will initially work on identifying the goals you wish to work on throughout the programme by process of self-awareness, where you will look at where you are now and where you want to be. Modules will be delivered on a 12 monthly basis covering such things as Commitment, avoiding Procrastination, Living a Balanced Life, Conformity and handling Stress to help you develop as a person as you work through the programme and achieve your goals. You will have a coach to help you review your progress and discuss your achievements and the areas that you are finding difficulty with (if any) who will help to support you as you go through the programme. You will do a lot of self-awareness exercises and through the application will learn how to change your behaviour to get the most out of life and be more likely to achieve and even exceed your goals.
